We provide a replacement to either lost or damaged shipments that are shipped with UPS. In order to provide a replacement, please contact us to begin the claims process. This can take up to 10 business days to resolve. All goods leaving our warehouses are in new condition and inspected for quality assurance.
If you are asked to sign for something that shows signs of damage, please make notes with the driver / Delivery Person or refuse the package.
USPS only offers delivery confirmation as opposed to UPS who offers full shipment progress tracking. USPS shipments do not carry any insurance for lost or damaged goods.
*Therefore we highly recommend selecting UPS as your shipping method.*
The shipping costs digitally quoted are based on the size & weight dimensions of the goods ordered. Any costs quoted are accessed directly from the specific freight carrier and include applicable fuel surcharges and handling fees. If you wish to inquire about the cost quoted in your shipping estimate, please feel free to contact us to verify the accuracy of the price quoted.
Shipping estimates provided online do not include extra charges that may be applicable to your delivery destination such as residential surcharges and limited delivery access.

We will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely fashion.
Orders will ship within the same business day to 2 Business business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Occasionally the item ordered maybe out of stock or delayed. In this case, we will work with you to either set a new ship date or select an alternative item that meets your requirements.
We fully understands that urgent requirements do come up and it is our goal to ensure that delivery meets your requirements. However, limitations caused by processing times and by carrier scheduled pickup times sometime prevent us from achieving our goal of shipping out products as requested.
Please note: that ALL NEXT DAY & 2 DAY UPS SHIPPING orders placed after 1:30 pm EST may not be able to be processed and shipped out until the following day. However, we are here to serve you so please call on our contact number with your delivery requirement and we will do our best to explore and provide alternative options to achieve your need for Expedited delivery.
All UPS shipments will require a signature for delivery. UPS drivers will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the goods to us. At the first attempt, a Delivery Notice will be left at the door which will have a release form on the back. Please read the terms and sign if you would like the package left at the door at the next attempt. Please note that by signing the release you are taking responsibility for the delivery and neither UPS nor us And More can provide a replacement of the goods if they are stolen or damaged. USPS shipping options do not require signature and are also your responsibility if stolen or damaged.
